For crew payroll, we'll provide you with Start/Close forms, which incorporate I-9 and W-4 information, as well as crew time cards for your staff to complete. Actor's call sheets and contracts are provided by SAG, we'll provide actor's Time Cards. We work within the Union's parameters. If yout production includes extras, we'll customize any extra's Vouchers for you, if needed.
 
    We take care of all state and federal withholdings and filings, quarterly reports, and W2- or 1099 statements at the end of the year. We'll provide you with a worker's comp certificate of insurance and a weekly payroll print out which gives you a complete tracking of each transaction.

    Regarding our costs, the bottom line percentage for cast,crew and extra's payroll including fringes, worker's comp and our processing fee is 21.65%.

    Additionally, add Actors SAG P&H contributions for feature films (14.8%). IATSE, DGA and Teamsters P&W contributions are dependent upon the budget and contracts the production is signed to.

    Talent Paymaster, Inc. processes your AFTRA/SAG (or other) Broadcast or Industrial contracts then invoices you according to the information the contracts provide. The bottom line (add-on amount) for TPI is 37.65% gross wage for Industrials; 38.15% for Broadcast. This includes P&W contributions.
